Know your status
Knowing your status helps you make good health care choices. Testing negative helps you stay negative. Testing positive helps you get the right treatment faster and stops the spread of HIV.
Have I been at risk?
Only a handful of activities put you at risk of contracting HIV. Some activities are more risky than others. Learn more about how HIV spreads to better protect yourself and those around you.
Can I get on PrEP?
Your health care provider can best advise you on how to get on PrEP and how to use it effectively. When used as prescribed, PrEP best protects you from getting HIV.
Undetectable = Untransmissable, U = U
Getting Tested
Testing Empowers You
A person infected with HIV shows no symptoms early on and it may take up to several years for symptoms to show. Getting tested is the only way to know you are currently free from infection. Knowing your status puts you in control and allows you to make the right choices when protecting yourself and others from becoming infected.
